As you may know, most of my pottery is slip cast with liquid clay, known as casting slip.

When it is liquid, it looks a lot like a chocolate Jello Pudding Pops, a staple of my childhood. Everytime I make slip, I think about Jello Pudding Pops, which are no longer produced and is actually a big bummer.

One day this summer I got tired of looking at casting slip that reminded me of delicious Jello Pudding Pops and decided to make my own popsicles, but made out of clay.

This piece is one of my first popsicles and it's a little wonky, but fun! They have holes in the back so you can hang it on the wall and if you are so inclined you can put flowers in it.

Each handmade wall vase is 10.5" tall, 4" wide, and 1.5" deep
