Rainy Days

Rainy days get a bad rap. I like rainy days as a time to rest and do rainy day activities like watching movies, reading a book, or taking a nap!

I have a whole series of pottery that is decorated with a rainy day motif. Here is a detail shot of a rainy day vase. I love the movement in the cloud, it as if a storm is just rolling in!

I love these rainbow raindrops because they highlight the magic of rain, especially in the spring. I love fresh rain in the spring it smells so good and just like magic everything starts to turn green!
