Last month I had a fun little chat with Maggie Sieger from Mastercard. Yes, that Mastercard. We talked about going viral. Going viral, if you don't know, and frankly good for you if you don't, is when your online content gets a lot of attention. There isn't really a formula and many makers want to go viral.
